Chef Galen ClarkOur scratch kitchen specializes in house-smoked BBQ, Southern standards, Midwest comfort, and anything that pairs well with whiskey. Alongside specialty meats, the kitchen rotates seasonal vegetarian and vegan dishes and stays focused on serving the community.
